Terms of Service

3P Systems is a service for sellers of digital products. It plans releases, prepares product images and files, assembles the buyer-facing archive, creates draft Etsy listings and shows the state of your shops.

The service works with Etsy through the official Etsy Open API v3.

The service is operated by the owner of clovermoor.com ("we", "us"). Contact: support@clovermoor.com

By creating an account you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Registration cannot be completed without that confirmation.

We record the date and the version of the Terms you accepted.

You need an account: an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for actions taken under your account. One account corresponds to one workspace.

We recommend enabling two-step sign-in.

Shops are connected only through Etsy's official OAuth authorisation. We never ask for and never store the login or password of your Etsy account.

Access tokens issued by Etsy are stored encrypted and are used only for the actions you have requested in the service.

You can revoke access at any time, in two ways: disconnect the shop in our interface, or revoke the application on Etsy's side (Settings → Apps and Devices). Disconnecting deletes the tokens immediately.

All sales go through Etsy. The service does not replace or circumvent the Etsy buyer experience and does not divert buyers to other platforms.

Your listing data — views, favourites, price — is shown from our copy, which is refreshed on a schedule. Etsy's rules prohibit displaying listing content more than six hours older than Etsy's own, therefore:

• the refresh runs more often than once every six hours;
• the time the data was collected is shown next to it;
• data older than that limit is marked as stale and is not presented as current.

You may not use the service to violate the rules of Etsy or other connected platforms, to send spam, to publish unlawful content, to infringe intellectual property rights of others, or to take any action that violates applicable law.

We may suspend access to the service if these Terms are breached.

Until pricing is launched, the service is provided in test mode, free of charge, with no service-level commitments. We will give notice before any charges are introduced.

Invoicing is done by us, not by Etsy. Etsy bears no responsibility for payments between you and us.

AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This Application uses Etsy's API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.

The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for decisions of platforms (Etsy, social networks) to suspend listings or accounts, for lost profit, or for outages caused by third-party services.

Your data is backed up daily, but we advise you to keep your own copies of source materials.

If we decide to discontinue the service or its Etsy integration, we will notify you and Etsy in writing at least thirty (30) days in advance and will keep the service running during that period.

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the interface. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the new version.
