Privacy Policy

Effective 28 August 2026. · version 2026-08-28

1. Our role

With respect to data obtained from your Etsy shop, we act as a service provider to you. That data belongs to you and to Etsy Members, not to us. We process it only to deliver the services described in the Terms of Service, and for nothing else.

2. What we collect

Account data: name, email address, password (stored only as a hash), technical sign-in data (IP address, browser) for security.

Workspace data: shops, niches, products, listings, jobs, posts, and a log of decisions.

Etsy data: information about your shops and listings (title, price, views, favourites), and your shops' orders and reviews. Buyer information is requested only to the minimum extent necessary to record sales.

Access tokens for connected platforms, stored encrypted.

We never ask for and never store the logins or passwords of your Etsy or social network accounts.

3. How we use it

Only to operate the service: signing you in, performing the actions you requested (preparing a product, creating a draft listing, scheduling posts), tracking costs, and showing the state of your shops.

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.

We do not use Etsy content to train artificial intelligence models. Images are produced by third-party models from prompts we compose; Etsy content is never sent for training.

4. Where we store it and how we secure it

The application and the database run on a dedicated server. No data is handed to cloud intermediaries.

Safeguards:

  • platform tokens are stored encrypted and never written to logs;
  • data of different workspaces is separated at the database level: the application connects with a role that cannot bypass that separation;
  • server access is by key; the service supports two-step sign-in;
  • backups are made daily, stored encrypted, and restore is verified weekly.

5. Who we share it with

Third-party services involved in operating the service, and what they receive:

Etsywhat you publish: listings, images, filespublishing and synchronisation
Cloudflare (AI models)the image prompt textimage generation
Telegrammessages and media you send to your own channelcontrol bot and publishing
Pinterest, Meta, Google, TikTokpublished materialpublishing — only if you connect the platform
Server hostinghosting of the application and databaseoperating the service

We share nothing beyond this, except where required by law.

6. How long we keep it

Workspace data is kept while the account exists: your analytics is built on it.

Data obtained from Etsy is kept while the shop is connected and while it is needed to provide the service. Disconnecting a shop deletes its tokens immediately.

If you delete your account, we delete everything within thirty days.

7. Your controls

  • Disconnect a shop in the interface — tokens are deleted at once.
  • Revoke access on Etsy: Settings → Apps and Devices.
  • Stop the service with a single button in the dashboard or the bot.
  • Request a copy of your data — write to us.
  • Delete your account and all data — write to us; done within thirty days.
  • Disconnect any single platform without affecting the others.

8. Cookies

Technical only: a session cookie (sign-in) and temporary cookies during platform connection (request-forgery protection, ten minutes). There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

9. If there is a data breach

If data obtained through Etsy is compromised, or suspected to be compromised, we will notify you and Etsy no later than 24 hours from discovery, and tell you what is affected and what has been done.
